Returns and Refunds
At Cornhole Players Club we strive to do everything we can to ensure you get exactly what you expect. Can we kindly ask that you review our size guides before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
However, sometimes mistakes do happen so we do of course have a returns policy.
1. Your Right To Return
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return/refund your order within 30 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@cornholeplayersclub.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned unused and unwashed.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the item. You will be notified once your return is processed.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at info@cornholeplayersclub.co.uk. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Shipping policy
1. Delivery Locations
We ship to the UK, EU, International & USA.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During peak times, processing may take longer.
3. Delivery Time
- Our products are made to order
- After your order has gone through production, shipping can take up to 10-15 business days depending on your location.
4. Customs and Import Taxes
Your order includes taxes but Cornhole Players Club is not responsible for any extra import duties.
5. Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@cornholeplayersclub.co.uk as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
